General use: After cleansing the skin or directly following exfoliation, gently massage the balm into the skin. This may be used on its own or together with Tamara's Body Soothe Lotion.

Professional use: Using a disposable spatula scoop out a small amount of the balm and apply it to clean, dry skin as a post-sugaring, after-care product. This will be a great barrier product for someone who has compromised skin or very sensitive skin. The balm turns into a lovely naturally fragrant oil and can be blended together the after-sugar lotion.
